FACING THE CHALLENGES OF LIFE: The Fight of Faith for Success in Life (English Edition)

This book is a result of things that I’ve experienced in my life and seen in the lives of other individuals. Since April 5th, 1946 when I was born in Naguabo, Puerto Rico without the help of a physician or a midwife, my life has been a series of challenges, which have served to promote me and lead me to the place that I’m at today. Let nobody think that these promotions have come easily or free from obstacles. The challenges that I have faced gave me the option to either be a loser or mediocre in the race of life; or to be an optimistic fighter that knows that “all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28).
Observing how so many people never fulfill their prophetic destiny in God, I was compelled to write an easy to read book that can be of inspiration and motivation for those that desire to break the cycle of defeat, backwardness and poverty in their lives. The fact that many good people cannot break the vicious cycle of defeat after defeat, it infuriates me. Life, circumstances and Satan are constantly challenging all of us. In writing this book, it is my desire and prayer that something will happen in your spirit that will move you to take actions of faith, and that will lift you to the place of success that God destined for you before the foundation of the world.
It’s not my intention to prove that the world is round to individuals that think it is flat, even though it is already proven to be round. I’m surprised that many Christians waste more time justifying why God’s Word doesn’t work for them, instead of opening their minds and hearts, and making them as receptive as a sponge to receive the promises of God. This is not a doctrinal book as others that I’ve written (example, The Riches of His Grace); it is a book of practical principles that can change the situation of any person that is facing different challenges in their life. So brother or friend, it is time to get up from self-pity and from every inferiority complex that you’ve inherited or acquired, and begin to face the challenges of life. Start today, because tomorrow might be too late?
