バリ島のメオン。: バリ島に住む猫たちの写真集

18年間住んだバリ島で出会ったかわいいバリ猫さんたちの日常の一部を切り取った写真集です。

細身な体と逆三角の輪郭、やんちゃな性格が特徴のバリ猫さん。
初めてお会いする子は人見知りな子が多いけれど、心を開いてくれるとこれでもかと言うくらい膝や腕に頭を擦り付けてきます。
お寺でくつろいでいたり、車の下で三匹程集まって寝ていたり、ネズミを必死で追いかけたり。
南国で過ごす自由気ままな姿を詰め込みました。

この写真集はそんなバリ猫さん達の魅力を伝えるために作ったものです。

This is a photo book of cats living in Bali Island of Indonesia.
Majority of cats in Bali have a slender body and a triangular face, they also have a very playful personality.
They are believed to be the embodiment of the Hindu goddess of wisdom, Dewi Saraswati.

Cats in Bali sleep in places such as temples, under the truck, and sometimes even on the roof with chickens.

This photo book is made to celebrate 2.22 , which is known as Cat Day in Japan.
